After starting the defense of their Premier League title on a disastrous note, Chelsea are now weighing up a mega million bid to sign Inter Milan midfielder Ivan Perisic.
According to the report, the Blues are ready to meet the demand of the Italian club before the close of the ongoing transfer window.
But Chelsea will have to face serious competition from their Premier League rivals Manchester United who are also reportedly interested in their services of the Croatian international.
